STEP 1: Join the ARIGATO Campaign

Campaign Participation
To participate in the ARIGATO Campaign, either log in to your TENGA Europe Wholesale Store account or register for the campaign by clicking the red "ARIGATO here!" pop-up in the right corner of the website.


The B2B and ARIGATO accounts are connected, and once you log in to either of them, you can access your point overview and send your referral link from within your account.

Please note that only customers who are already registered in the B2B Online Wholesale Store are eligible to earn points and rewards.

STEP 2: Invite Business Friends

How Referrals Work
Click the “ARIGATO here!” pop-up and share your personal referral link by entering your friend's email address. Referrals are tracked exclusively through this referral link.

When your friend uses the code and completes an order, you will automatically receive an email with your 10% referral discount code.

Your friend will also receive an email with a link to this website and a 10% discount code for their first purchase order.

It is important that they register in the B2B Wholesale Store so they can use their discount code.

STEP 3: Earn Points & Discounts

When Do Referrals Count?
A referral is considered successful only if the referred client:

• Registers in the TENGA Wholesale Store
• Places their first order in the B2B store and uses the ARIGATO discount code

After your referral’s order has been completed, TENGA will manually add +3 points to your account.

You can track your points by logging into the ARIGATO here! window.

IF YOU ARE A NEW CLIENT AND ARE NOT YET REGISTERED AT THE B2B STORE:

STEP 1: Register at the B2B Wholesale Store

No Wholesale Account Yet?
If you do not have a Wholesale Account yet because you have never placed an order with us directly, you will first need to register in the TENGA B2B Wholesale Store here.

It may take 1–2 working days for your account to be approved. If you have not received any updates after 48 hours, please contact us at europe@tenga.co.jp

STEP 2: Check ARIGATO Campaign

    After your order has been completed, the friend who referred you will also receive a 10% discount*.

  • +3 POINTS ⭐️
    You can now invite your own business friends. They will receive an email invitation to the campaign. If they register in the B2B store and place an order, you will receive +3 points in your account.
    These points will be manually added to your account after their order has been completed successfully.
