The ARIGATO Campaign is open to customers registered in the TENGA Europe Wholesale Store. Only registered customers are eligible to earn points and rewards.

Your Wholesale Store and ARIGATO accounts are the same account — log in once and you'll find both your points overview and your referral link inside.

Not registered yet? Create your Wholesale Store account first, then click the red "★ARIGATO here!" button in the bottom-right corner of the website to join the campaign.

STEP 2: Invite Business Friends

How Referrals Work

Share ARIGATO with a business friend — you both get 10% off.

Only new customers count: referrals of businesses already registered with TENGA do not qualify.

  1. Invite a business friend. Click the "★ARIGATO here!" button and enter your friend's email address. They'll receive your personal referral link by email — referrals are only tracked through that link.
  2. Your friend gets 10% off. Their email includes a 10% ARIGATO code for their first order. They must register in the Wholesale Store before the code will work.
  3. You get 10% off too. Once their first order is complete, you'll automatically receive an email with your own 10% ARIGATO code for your next order — plus 3 points in your ARIGATO account.

STEP 3: Earn Points & Discounts

When Do Referrals Count?
A referral counts once your business friend has:

  • Registered in the TENGA Europe Wholesale Store
  • Placed their first order using their 10% ARIGATO code

Your 10% code is emailed to you as soon as that order is complete. Your 3 points are added within 3 working days. Click the "★ARIGATO here!" button any time to see your points balance.
