CSV Order Upload & Template Download

Quick Order

  • Uploading an order will add products to your existing cart.
  • You can upload multiple CSV files. Products from each confirmed file will be added together.
  • Select a CSV file containing the product SKU and quantity.
  • The system will read the SKU from Column A and the quantity from Column E.
  • Review the order preview before adding any products to your cart.
  • Unavailable products, unknown SKUs and invalid quantities will be skipped automatically.

Download Order Template

To place your bulk order, please follow these simple steps:

  1. Download: Click the button below to get our official Excel template (.xlsm) containing our full product catalog.
  2. Fill & Export: Open the file, enter your desired quantities, and click the built-in button to export your order as a .csv file.
  3. Upload: Upload your newly generated .csv file in the "Select File" section above to proceed to your cart.

⚠️ Important Security Note for Windows Users

Because this template contains automated features (macros) and is downloaded from the internet, Microsoft Windows blocks it by default. Before opening the file, please follow the 3 simple steps shown in the guide below to enable the buttons:

  • 1️⃣ Right-Click & Open Properties
    Go to your Downloads folder, right-click the TENGA-Europe_csv-Order.xlsm file, and select Properties from the menu.
  • 2️⃣ Check the "Unblock" Box
    In the window that opens, stay on the General tab. Look at the very bottom for the Security section and check the box next to Unblock.
  • 3️⃣ Save Changes
    Click the OK button at the bottom to apply the settings.
