1. SHIPPING
TENGA Europe Wholesale Store offers shipping all across Europe!
All orders are dispatched from our warehouse in Waardenburg, Netherlands, with several delivery methods.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible, and we can confirm all orders made by 12:00 CET/CEST on Monday - Friday (excluding local public holidays).

2. DELIVERY FEE & FREE SHIPPING OFFERS
TENGA Europe Wholesale Europe offers free shipping on orders over 500€.
In case your order is not over 500€, you will be charged based on the weight as the delivery fee.

3. LEAD TIME
Your orders will be shipped the same day. For same day shipping, orders have to be in before 11 a.m.
All other orders ship out usually within 24 hours.
If your order will be over 8 cartons, it will be shipped within 2-3 business days.
4. CARRIER
Depending on the size of the order and country of destination: we use TNT for up to 8 cartons.
The tracking number and carrier info will be provided after dispatching our facility!
