Referral Campaign – FAQ Summary
Who can participate?
Only B2B customers of the official TENGA wholesale store may participate. Participants must be 18 years or older and available to travel on the specified dates. TENGA employees and their immediate family members are excluded.
How does the referral program work?
You earn points by referring new B2B customers:
- 3 points when that customer places their first order
Referrals of existing customers do not qualify.
What is the prize?
The winner receives a 6 days trip to Tokyo, Japan, including:
- International flights your destination to Tokyo, Japan.
- Accommodation: 6 days in Tokyo, Japan
- Public Transportation ICOCA subway card (JPY 5,000)
- One hosted day with TENGA (HQ visit, official stores, lunch & dinner)
- Travel insurance
There is no cash alternative.
Referral Discount Benefit
When a customer successfully refers a new B2B customer, both the referrer and the referred customer receive a 10% discount (items launched after Oct 2025 are excluded) on their next order.
In addition to the discount, the referring customer earns 3 additional points once the referred customer places their first order.
The discount can be used on a future order of their choice and is not automatically applied.
The discount is non-transferable, cannot be exchanged for cash, and cannot be combined with other discount codes unless explicitly stated otherwise.
What costs are not included?
The winner is responsible for:
- Meals outside the hosted day
- Visa fees and entry requirements for Japan
- Personal travel or excursions (e.g., Kyoto, Hiroshima)
How is the winner determined?
The campaign starts on 18 February 2026 and runs until 30 September 2026. The participant with the highest number of points wins. In case of a tie, the winner is selected via a notarized draw conducted by a lawyer.
What about liability?
TENGA is not liable for technical issues affecting participation. To the extent permitted by law, TENGA is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages related to the campaign or the trip.
How is my data used?
All personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR and shared only with third parties (e.g., airlines, tour operators) as necessary to run the campaign and arrange travel.

Can the terms change?
Yes. TENGA reserves the right to amend the campaign terms at any time. Changes will be published on this page and will apply to further participation. Points already earned will not be reduced or invalidated by rule changes.

German law applies. Place of jurisdiction: Düsseldorf, Germany.
