Yes. Your first order needs to reach 500 EUR or 500 GBP, depending on your account currency, for the welcome kit to apply.
The offer runs from September until 31 October 2026. Orders placed after that date don't qualify, and kits are supplied while stocks last within that window.
If you run a physical store, yes — one kit plus one customized display. If you sell online only, you get the kit. One of each per company, on the first order.
At checkout. On the Payment step there's a dropdown for the kit — TENGA TOP 10 or iroha TOP 10 — and a Yes / No question for the customized display if you have a physical store.
The ten products shown on each banner above. The list follows our Top 10 Best Sellers for the current month, so it refreshes as the ranking moves — what you receive is whatever is selling best when your order goes out.
Displays are produced to order, so they don't always travel with the first delivery. Once we've agreed the spec — where it goes, how much space you have, which range leads — your contact will confirm a lead time.

Yes. The kit is open to online stores, physical stores and both — just choose TENGA or iroha at checkout. The customized display is the only physical-store-only part, since it's a piece of shop furniture. If you sell online, the kit also doubles as product photography subjects — download our official images from the link on this page.

THE DETAILS
Valid from September until 31 October 2026. Open to registered B2B customers of the TENGA Europe Wholesale Store who have not yet placed an order, whether they operate a physical store, an online store, or both. Minimum order value of 500 EUR or 500 GBP, depending on your account currency. One kit per company, on the first order only, chosen from TENGA TOP 10 Best Sellers or iroha TOP 10 Best Sellers. Customers operating a physical store also receive one customized display; online-only stores receive the kit. Kits are supplied free of charge while stocks last. The contents of the Top 10 kits follow that month's Top 10 Best Sellers, so they change from month to month. Customized displays are produced to order — lead time confirmed by your contact once the spec is agreed. Kits and displays are not transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or discount. TENGA Europe may end or amend this offer at any time; orders already placed are unaffected.
